What We Do In The Room
Four moves, in order
We do not skip steps. Each one builds on the last, and by the end your team has a real automation designed for a challenge they walked in thinking could not be solved.
Name the unsolvable list
We start with the challenges your team has given up on. The workflow that cannot be automated. The report that cannot be turned around in time. The bottleneck everyone works around. We get them on the wall, named, and visible.
These are the problems no one brings to vendors because the answer has always been no. That is exactly where we start.
Work through a what-if scenario
For each challenge, we run a structured what-if scenario. A simple methodology we use in the room: name the challenge, imagine AI carrying it, then sketch what that actually looks like. The scenario, the inputs, the output, the handoff. We let the room imagine before we test against reality.
This is the part most teams skip. They go straight to what is possible and never work through what would be transformative.
Stress-test against today
We take the what-if scenarios and test them against what AI can actually carry today. Proven, deployed capability with evidence behind it. Some challenges are solvable now. Some are closer than you think. Some genuinely need to wait.
The point is to know which is which, with reasons, not guesses.
Design the automation
We pick the challenge with the clearest path and design the actual AI automation that solves it. Steps, inputs, logic, outputs, the human handoff. By the end of the session it is on paper, scoped, and ready to build.
