Lisa started her career in healthcare sales and never left. Over 25 years, I worked inside hospitals, health systems, and the companies that serve them. I learned how decisions get made, who makes them, and what happens when the workflow breaks down.
At VIE Healthcare, I generated $250 million in sales without outside investment. I didn't do that by selling harder. I did it by understanding the numbers, fixing the breakdowns, and building systems that produced consistent results.
The shift to AI
When AI became practical for health systems, Lisa saw something most people missed. The organizations that needed it most weren't the ones adopting it. They were too busy absorbing the cost of broken workflows.
So she started doing what she'd always done. Mapping the work. Finding what AI can carry. Installing it. Measuring the results. The tools changed. The approach didn't.
What I do today

The book
